I visited Paris when I was sixteen and I really wanted to see the Catacombs but we were only in the city for a couple of days and they weren't open. My dad decided that the sewer tour would be an acceptable alternative ("but they're both underground!!"). Um, notsomuch... although years later I can admit that the sewer tour was a little bit interesting.
