SNOW! SNOW!!!!1

Ahem.

How I love snow. Just been playing with my dogs out in it. They love it as much as I do! Must actually get a camera tomorrow and take pictures. :D

So my laptop is a load of crap. It's ridiculously slow at processing and ugly and oh yes, it burns through chargers and won't recognise the battery so I have to keep it placed at a certain angle or it switches itself off. One tax rebate later, and I'm in the market for a new laptop.

I spent my lunch hour today checking out different sites. The best deal for the one I wanted was at Dixons (a UK electronics store). I started to fill in my details when I noticed this:

 

Immediately, I checked the site address. A phishing website, perhaps? A fake address? I clicked around the website to see if there were any other obvious errors. I didn't find any but I decided on one of two things:

1. It's a phishing website. Abort, abort!

2. Dixons is sloppy and also offends my sensibilities. Abort, abort!

I went to another online store and bought the laptop there instead. So, you know. A sale lost because of sloppy grammar. I am badass. And also a dickwad.

Also, I've just realised that the snow will delay my sexy new laptop getting here! Daaaamn.

Gav's just measured it as 10cm deep. It's the end of the world! Pretty though. Why can't it be gorgeous to look at without the inconvenience of slowing all transport down? I'm waiting for a large parcel from the US, which is being held at the International Hub in Coventry until it clears Customs. I'm hoping it gets here before Christmas Day but who knows?

I know! I wish it was all magical like in the films, with Christmas presents and happy times and snow. I guess we just have to settle for 10cm of snowy goodness.
