That is a screenshot from the Manic Street Preachers' If You Tolerate This... video. That's supposed to be one of the young Republican fighters in the Spanish Civil War, and is the embodiment of one of the characters in my novel o' d00m. I use it as a secret code to myself when referencing something I'll come back to later, or that I feel is pertinent to it.

Oh... I see. Like how I used to have a picture of 'my' river and it was like my little novel reference except then I got rid of it to add cool icons like Louis saying WTF. And Matthew Newton. Hoorah!!
