I have decided to be more egalitarian in my self-destruct mode. Hence, after a further few days of dieting and a total weight loss of 1 stone, 9lbs, I have pigged out on -- Greek pitta bread and hummus, French fries (yeahIknow they're really Belgian) German Weissbier, Spanish Rioja and Italian Tempranillo. I suck. Also, am in a happy mood because am meeting Rufus Wainwright in ;ess than a week OMG.

Note to self: don't update whilst tipsy.

I know! I was a little confused by that title! It was a bottle of £3.99 red wine from Asda.
