Because I can't think of anything original right now.
Anyone who reads this may ask me 3 questions, no more no less. Ask me anything you want. Then post this in your journal allowing your friends to do the same.
2. Um... Shakespeare. But I don't remember when/where...lol.
3.
(i) To have my friends and family there, no matter what. (ii) To know what my true place is in the world. (ii) That my dog could live an extra fifty years
1. Not exactly where I want to be at this moment in time. I like myself, which is pretty good going. But I have realised how important some people are to me... a month ago, my family were doing my head in. Now I realise that they are the people whom I love most in the world. Well, duh.
I've learned that two of my friends in particular, kristoferllama and the mad jaffacakequeen are very important to me, and I am grateful to have them in my life.
At the moment, I am happy with this city. I am happy for my family, and my friends. I do not think I have achieved what I wanted, though. I went to an interview yesterday for a P.A/secretarial role, and they asked me what on earth I wanted to do after university. I didn't really know.
I want to go through life with the people I love. I want security, and I want to get this damned novel past the first few pages. I want to know as much about the world and the people in it as possible. I want to experience as much as possible.
2. Do unto others what you would have done to you. LOL! Just... you know, try your best, and if that fails, well, feck it. ;)
3. I am, actually. I'm trying to do me some fanfic simply to get back into writing more than snark... (hee) but am finding it hard. Hmm... contrelamontre calls...
1. Where is your favourite place to visit/see in Paris? (Ah, you only get ONE) 2. Where do you see yourself in ten years (possibly ten months, as that's easier to think about)? 3. Why does everyone always assume that English Lit Majors are the shite at naming quote sources?!
1. My favourite place is the Louvre-- such a cliche, I know, but it blows me away every time. Not just the Dying Slave and the paintings and the beautiful sculptures, but also the macabre history from when the Medicis ruled the Louvre. I imagine them walking about it, the scenes from years past... it always gets me.
2. Ten months? Eh, still in Glasgow, still as an office worker.
Ten years? World-class novelist. *coughbscough*
3. Verily, I have no idea. Though I adore quotage.

Yeah, that last one was kinda evil! Too much damned math involved.
2. "Cowards die many times before their deaths, the valiant never taste of death but once." Who said it?
3. If you were given three wishes, what you would ask for?
