Just making last-minute preparations for Christmas. It's been a bugger of a week with payroll running at V____, so I've had to really apply myself to work rather than giving in to the festive inclination to slack off. 

I also went along to Carrefour today to get some last minute stuff for England tomorrow; cheap cigarettes, wine and cava, along with barreloads of turron and sweets for ze family and various other folk. It seems I haven't yet discarded my British booze-cruise mentality...
