Comments, Suggestions, Debate! Sort of...

Well, no sooner do I say I'm working on those two stories than another pops into my head. I've got the general framework, and where I want the story to go, but what I'm interested in is how the character comes across and how *they* grow in the story. So I ask this-- for the first story...

1. Armand and Louis travelling in the post-theatre period...

* What sort of questions do you feel Louis would ask Armand? Would he still be interested in the knowledge Armand had to offer?

Any other takes on their relationship at this point in time?

2. Gabrielle and Louis travelling to the Sonoma Compound...

*Would Gabrielle harbour resentment to Louis for the turmoil he and Lestat went through in the IWTV years? Would she care to ask him about this, or confront him?

*What are your impressions of Louis' thoughts on Gabrielle at this point? Annoyingly, I don't think Rice outlined this at all in QotD.

Just let me know of any thoughts you guys have on these situations, and maybe things you would like to see in it. I can't promise to agree on each take, or to put everything in, but nothing inspires one to write like some good debate, suggestions and such. Sometimes I just keep solely to my own take, which is all right, I guess, but much better when I have input such as from Mercredi with "First Light"... who I maintain improved that spec by about 80%.
