Great Reading...

Simply because I remember the sheer forehead-slapping stupidity, the arrogance, the shouting, the general annoyingness of some customers from the days when I worked for WHSmith, I just want to say that I've just found the most excellent Livejournal community, customers_suck, where it's kind of comforting to read of others in the service industry detailing stupid customer moments.

Plus, it's like, teh funny.
