Waah. Watched a documentary today about Peter Pan and various JM Barrie goodness. Rupert Grint of Weasley fame narrated as Peter, though he strangely called Barrie "Inkyman" all the time.

There were photographs of the Llewelyn family; Sylvia, Peter et al. Sylvia was luminous and beautiful. There was a dissection of the storyline with Rupert's chirpy cockerney tones and such. It was very, very sad and very beautiful. Barrie came across as a genuinely caring man, what with donating his copyright and subsequent profits to Great Ormond Street Childrens' Hospital; his care of the boys after Sylvia's death, etc...

Oh, and Johnny Depp was in it, too. Not that... you know... that was my original reason for watching. Nosirree.
