I want a Pot Noodle so badly. I have been dreaming of them for three days straight, so I don't think this fixation is going to go away anytime soon. There's a shop in Madrid that will deliver British food, but I'll have to spend €40 and hey, I don't like custard creams and Bisto that much. If I can just hold out till London in April, all will be fine. :(

The Other Boleyn Girl is proving quite entertaining now. Mary is as bland as ever, but I love the wicked, sharp characterisation of Anne Boleyn. I want her life to end on a happy note and keep hoping it will. Alarmingly, this was the same demented hope I had when reading Marie-Antoinette's biography.

Hannah was in Rome this week, sorting out some EMEA business. Anyway, she came back raving about the city and now she's all, 'Why don't we get the train up to France and then go to Rome for a bit?'

After a fair amount of spluttering, I realised something truly terrifying: I quite like the idea.

Did any of you ever see that Simpsons episode, where Homer, upon learning that he will have to revisit his old foe, New York, throws his wallet into the fire rather than let the city get it? Well, I'm storing the matches right now.
