Am I missing something here? It's a body part. How can anyone claim they own a part of someone else? WTF!

Seriously, if the other guy wins the legal battle, I hope he gets his hand chopped off and has it sold to a travelling freakshow.

I like how he'll "take him for everything he's got". Did he miss the part that the guy couldn't even afford payments on a barbecue and as such isn't rolling in it?
