Eh. I'm tired.
Complete sincerity: You believe in being
straightforward with others, and you expect the
same from them. People would consider you a
good listener, and one who is calm and mostly
serious.

Gleefully reported on everything from BBC News to The Guardian:
Labour Suffers Election 'Kicking'
Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott admits voters have given Labour a "kicking" in protest at the Iraq war.
With only a few local election results in England and Wales to come, Labour has lost about 386 seats and councils such as Newcastle, Swansea and Leeds.
[...]
Tony Blair acknowledged Britain's role in the invasion had cast a "shadow" over the polls.
And Home Secretary David Blunkett told BBC Radio 4's Today: "I'm mortified that we're not doing better than we have done. We know it's been a bad night."
I am so glad, so heartened by the fact that the people of these islands did not forget. Millions of us marched on London, on every major city, to have our say. We fought not to go to war (there's an oxymoron for you) and were dragged into a conflict that has further destabilised the region and left thousands of innocent people dead. Blair tried to blame everyone and everything for the conflict, from incredibly elusive weapons to Muslims to the French, and we didn't fall for it. The British government may have rode roughshod over our thoughts and our principles, but finally we're able to take a stand.
I'm proud and heartened in Britain today.
I just hope for two things now:-
That we Brits remember this when the major general elections take place later.
That America, and Australia, and the people of each country forced into this illegal conflict, follow the Brits and the Spanish in finally hitting them where it hurts-- the votes.
It took so long to come about, but finally it seems the people are getting a say.
