Well shit. That's disappointing to hear.

I'm about half way through season two right now. I love how Mitchell has become exactly what he doesn't want to be - Eric's replacement. And George's tourettes is pretty funny. I'm scared for Nina though.

I want this show to stay good, goddamn it. I NEED IT.

I just... I feel really deflated about it. Apparently, they had to rewrite the last episode due to Peter bloody Jackson and the goddamned Hobbit... and it shows, unfortunately.

Series three is amazing, way better than season 2. Just lower your hopes for the last fifteen minutes or so series 3. Bah. :(

I am still getting over all of my squee about the S3 ep that aired here last night, in which Mitchell requests cuddling several times before Major (Naked!) Angst sets in, Annie attempts dirty talk, George is delightfully naive, Nina is brutally truthful, and everyone manages to kick ass in one way or another.

I can't handle being deflated!! IT WILL CRUSH ME.

I feel so awful because it's been such a great series, but fandom's going crazy right now! It's... oh, man, I want to go off on a rant but it's too big a spoiler.

The George/Mitchell dynamic is awesome in the final episode, if that's any consolation?

i need to read your rant. because i was mega-disappointed with the ending. so rushed. cant write too much here as it would give it away. however, could have been a lot better. they need to take a few more ideas from True Blood, they know how to write a vamp out in style.

Ugh, it was just so rushed! Apparently they'd already filmed the ending when Peter Jackson decided to crush All My Dreams so they had to reshoot the last episode. And it's painfully obvious.

George was the only well-written character in this episode (I am gutted that I only got to love him in the last couple of episodes). Annie's love and redemption just went out the window, Lia was a letdown when she'd been so scary beforehand AND MITCHELL WTF WTF

Etc.

Urgh, I need to rant to you about it so baaaaad.
